摘 要

當今社會進入了科技進步、經濟社會快速發展的新時代。國際信息和學術交流也不斷加強，計算機技術對經濟社會發展和人民生活改善的影響也日益突出，人類的生存和思考方式也產生了變化。傳統智慧黨建管理采取了人工的管理方法，但這種管理方法存在著許多弊端，比如效率低下、安全性低以及信息傳輸的不準確等，同時由于管理信息系統中會形成眾多的個人文檔和信息系統數據，通過人工方法對智慧黨建信息進行集中管理會形成檢索、更改和維護等較為麻煩的管理問題，同時由于當下人民群眾對智慧黨建管理的需求也日益高漲，各級需要繼續開展全新的改革以滿足時代的需求。根據此問題，研發一套智慧黨建系統，既能夠大大提高信息的檢索、變更與維護的工作效率，也能夠方便信息系統的管理運用，從而減少信息管理成本，提高效率。

該智慧黨建系統采用B/S架構,并采用Java語言以及Springboot框架進行開發。本系統主要設計并完成了用戶登錄管理過程、個人信息修改、對黨員管理、黨支部管理、黨建要聞管理、黨建地圖管理、黨建學習管理、學習心得管理、黨費繳納管理、黨建活動管理、活動報名管理、問卷調查管理、問卷回答管理、民主投票管理、投票信息管理、試題管理、學習測試管理、系統管理、考試管理等功能進行管理。該系統操作簡單，界面設計簡單，不僅能基本滿足目前智慧黨建管理的日常管理工作，而且能有效降低人員成本和時間成本，為智慧黨建管理工作提供方便。
